Those eligible for guest access include :
- customers (access to the history of invoices and orders and the status of current orders, reservations, after-sales questionnaires, a space to send requests for assistance),
- suppliers (access to delivery times),
- service providers (access to contracts and other documents concerning them),
- prospects (access to quotes and offers),
- employees (access to working hours, days off, holidays, etc.).<\/p>\n

Guests can view their information from your site via a private account, which requires a login and password. This way, your contacts can get the answers they need without needing to call or send an e-mail.<\/p>\n

Various resources can also be made available via guest access, for example FAQs. In this way, a customer who would like to solve a problem they are facing can first try to find a solution by themselves by consulting your FAQ in their client space.
