Monitoring of services and vehicles

With an overview of your workshop activity, you can easily monitor your rental, repair and maintenance services and/or sales.

You organise your inventory with the categories of your choice (model, years, condition…) and quickly examine each of your files, distinguishing by type between mountain bikes, road bikes or more modern bikes like electric bikes.

You manage your sales with one or more cash registers integrated with the ERP, including the management of discounts, gift vouchers and loyalty cards.

For your rental service, the geolocation system allows you not only to ensure that rented bikes are returned to the shop, but also to combat misuse. It is possible to monitor the distance of a rented vehicle from a defined address and to be informed of the vehicle’s position at specific intervals (50km, 100km, 150k, and so on).

In addition, the maintenance of rental vehicles can be scheduled according to the mileage or hours of use recorded by the tracking system.

Planning

Schedule and planning management allows you to plan your employees’ schedules, repair and maintenance services according to the availability of your technicians, as well as the maintenance of your own rental bikes.

Your customers have the possibility to make online reservations for maintenance and repair services or for bike rental according to time slots and available vehicles.

You can view the rentals on the booking schedule. Reminders alert you and your customers to approaching deadlines.

Stock management

You coordinate the supply according to stock levels in your workshop and the needs of the technicians for interventions, with supplier orders, deliveries and supplier invoice payments management.

Technicians can place material orders directly from their mobile devices.

Supplier records are updated with each new transaction to provide you with a complete history.

Billing

Subscription billing and/or hourly rate (24 hours, hourly, half-hourly, etc.), taking into account the tariff plans for each cyclist.

VAT management is easy because it is integrated into the software and can be configured according to the standards in force.
