Place management

You generate all the locations in the cemetery, whether they are vaults, graves or cinerary tombs. You detail the name, type, surface area, price and other characteristics of each location.

You associate the deceased, the concession holder and any beneficiaries with a cemetery plot and a concession deed. The date on concession holders/beneficiaries is expanded, starting with personal data, then contact and billing data. The data on the deceased data is also expanded with various personal details.

MCA Cemetery features a graphical interface, map or image, that allows you to get an overview of the cemetery. In this way, you can easily manage the space and availability of cemetery plots in real time, with a clear visual of the availability.

Information related to concession holders, beneficiaries and deceased persons can be consulted directly in the visual interface by selecting the cemetery locations.

You plan operations related to concessions (burial, exhumation, etc.) or maintenance work related to sites or other infrastructures by managing schedules. MCA Cemetery maintains a history of work performed and body movements to ensure traceability.

All information relating to maintenance work (date, nature, exchanges, service providers, etc.) is grouped by file.

Concession management

You administer any type of concession (individual, family or collective) within the software. You can generate concession deeds in just a few clicks, including all the necessary information (beneficiaries, type of concession, dates, duration, etc.).

All

information relating to a dealership (technical data, contacts, events, photos, documents, etc.) is grouped together in a folder.

You manage concession acquisition requests as well as renewals, relinquishments and takeovers of concessions within the software. Keep track of individual concessions: MCA Cemetery lets you easily check the duration and status of current concessions, and alerts notify you when a concession is about to expire.

Invoicing

Invoices are defined for the concession period and are generated automatically according to the parameters you set, depending on the type and location of the location. You can easily draw up invoices for all your services.

VAT management is easy because it is integrated into the software and can be configured according to the standards in force. Other taxes or discounts may be added, such as tourist tax or a discount for regular visitors.

The professionally formatted invoices are generated using a pre-configured document template.

You have the possibility to generate automated emails and sms to communicate with users about your services.

In this way, you can easily manage the sending of announcements of concession takeovers, notices of abandonment or notices informing of the expiry of a concession.

Report and analysis

Management reports allow you to analyse the data collected by the software. You can format them as you wish to remove the elements that interest you.

For example, you can assess the occupancy rate by type of plot in the cemetery.
