You create a product file for each of your articles by inserting the various product data such as the description, the selling price, the product category and sub-category, the batch or the shelf life/consumption by default.

On the product file, you can consult all information related to a product such as stock status, batches or supplier prices.

The cash register you benefit from allows you to print shelf labels for your various products. The software automatically calculates the price per litre or per kilo.

The cash register also allows you to generate and print your own barcodes if required.

Article management

The software facilitates the monitoring of the use-by dates (UBD) or best-before dates (BBD) of your perishable products in stock. It automatically determines the UBD of new items arriving in stock based on the UBD defined by default for a product.

Alerts can be created to notify you when a batch of product is about to expire.

Sales management

You make your cash receipts via one or more integrated cash registers with touch screens. Receipts are automatically generated for cash receipts and each transaction is recorded in the software, allowing you to view your sales in detail.

The sale of an article is carried out by barcode for referenced articles or by keystrokes for free articles.

The cash register also includes the management of discounts, gift vouchers and loyalty cards.

Accounting
