Billing

MCA Notary has a time-sheet system for monitoring working hours: you enter the time spent on each case (writing documents, appointments, calls, etc.) directly into your time-sheet.

You generate your invoices by time spent or by fixed price on the basis of tariff conditions, adding costs, fees and disbursements. Your fee agreements can be integrated into the billing system with the fees applicable to your clients and cases.
