Management of mailing campaigns
The mailing version of this module allows you to create mailing campaigns and newsletters.
E-mailing, or mailing, is a marketing approach that consists of sending e-mails to a large number of recipients in order to relay information, build customer loyalty, attract new customers or promote a new product or service.
You create your e-mails by inserting your texts, images and videos and modifying the layout as you wish. You can build your own e-mail template or choose from existing templates. You select recipients from your contact list*. Your contacts can be segmented according to the criteria of your choice (region, age, average turnover…) to ensure that they only receive messages that are relevant to them as well as to personalise the content.
You launch your campaign after adding additional information such as the title of the e-mail, the description, etc.
Once the campaign has ended, reports and statistics provide you with several pieces of information allowing you to analyse its performance: email opening rate, click rate, unsubscribe rate… You can also test different contents and layouts to see which ones are the most successful.
You can strengthen your mailing campaigns through automation: messages can be programmed to be sent automatically on a given date or following a specific action by your contacts. For example, you can schedule an automatic New Year’s greeting to be sent on January 1st, or a welcome message to be sent when someone signs up for your newsletter.
With this module, you can quickly create messages that reach the maximum number of people in the shortest time. Automated messages free up your time and that of your employees, while promoting customer acquisition and retention.
