The Shop module gives you the possibility to create an online shop or to integrate your website or existing shop into the software. It is connected to the ERP and CRM.

The shop manages your product catalogue: you add your items with a description, one or more images and a price. You can easily remove or modify any product as you wish.

Items can be classified into different categories and sub-categories (product type, brand, size, color, etc.).

Visitors to your online shop can perform simplified or advanced searches in your product catalogue using different search filters (category, price, brand, promotion, best seller, etc.).

A product recommendation system allows you to suggest items of interest to visitors to your online store, based on pages they’ve visited, items they’ve purchased or other factors.

Customers have the opportunity to leave a review of the products in your catalogue, with a rating and a comment. Products can then be categorised according to the scores awarded.

You manage your inventory by controlling stocks in real time at your various storage sites and points of sale. An indication of the availability of a product is directly displayed on the shop for the customers. It is possible to specify both online and in-store availability of a product if you allow your customers to choose between in-store pick-up or home delivery for their orders.

The shop features a secure shopping cart for customers. The basket page summarises the products placed in the basket by the visitor and automatically calculates the amount of any order. On this page you can also indicate the shipping costs (depending on the destination country if you are shipping to several countries), as well as the shipping methods you can choose from, with rates.

You manage the various orders with a follow-up of each order, from preparation to reception. You can easily process your shipments and deliveries, including managing :
– Delivery methods (standard, express, home delivery, in-store collection, etc.),
– Shipping costs (depending on product, destination…),
– Shipping and delivery times,
– Destination areas (region, country…),
– Transporters (La Poste, DHL, etc.),
– Modalities of returns and exchanges.

You integrate the payment methods that will be available to your customers (credit card, Twint, Paypal, bank transfer, etc.). You can add several currencies to your online shop depending on your customer base. The shop supports promotions, loyalty points and/or gift cards.

Manage your customer base with an overview of your customers and their current or past orders.

Visitors to your online shop can create a customer account with a username and password in order to track the status of their current orders, view order history, access their invoices or manage their delivery addresses. They can also benefit from other advantages such as the possibility to submit product reviews or create a wish list for products they are interested in.

Visitors can also shop as guests, i.e. without having to register: they provide an e-mail address to receive information about their parcel.

You create various automated messages to customers, for example :
– Order confirmation,
– Welcome message following the creation of an account,
– Promotion of a product,
– Satisfaction survey,
– Abandoned cart message.

This provides you with an online shop that gives your product range more visibility while allowing your customers to place orders 24/7.

The Shop module is an online feature that can be standalone or in conjunction with WordPress and Woocommerce. Several of our clients have opted for the Woocommerce version.
