Features
Monitoring of construction sites
Thanks to the Planning module, you can plan the activities of your construction sites as well as the allocation of your human and material resources (field teams, machines, equipment, etc.) to these different projects.
The software offers a visual of the activities in progress allowing you to control their evolution and to quickly make adjustments in your building project if necessary, especially in case of possible delays. Automatic reminders alert you of various upcoming deadlines related to an ongoing project. In addition, you keep track of the operations on the site thanks to the history of the work carried out.
The various parties involved in an ongoing construction project also gain an overview of the project in order to better coordinate their operations. Field crews use tablets or smartphones to access the information and documents they need and enter daily reports directly on site.
Overhauls and maintenance work can also be programmed into the schedules.
Management of construction equipment
The Tracking module allows for efficient management of the workforce on one or more sites in progress thanks to real-time monitoring of their positions via a dynamic virtual map accessible in the software.
You can easily locate construction equipment and vehicles to view ongoing activities and allocate idle resources to new operations.
You plan the maintenance of your machines according to the recorded hours of use and the kilometres driven.
To prevent equipment theft, alerts can be set up to notify you when your equipment and vehicles leave predefined perimeters.
Stock management
You manage procurement according to stock levels and the needs of your construction sites, monitoring supplier orders, deliveries and supplier invoice payments.
Supplier records are updated in the software with each new transaction to provide you with a complete history.
Invoicing
You can easily create and edit your building estimates in the software. Estimates are transformed into invoices in one click, with a professional layout predefined by you.
