Features
Storage space management
MCA Storage allows you to manage one or more storage sites (shed, warehouse or more complex structure) for the storage of goods, whether it is storage space for a shop or temporary storage space for freight services.
You generate all the storage locations as well as the storage, picking and transit areas of your warehouse. You detail for each storage location its name, characteristics and associated storage parameters.
You associate each item with a storage location. The item data is expanded with the description, item type, associated prices and other characteristics such as weight or serial number.
MCA Storage provides you with a graphical interface, plan or image, which allows you to have a global view of your warehouse, by floor and department. This allows you to quickly assign goods to an available storage location or precisely define general picking routes based on the mapping of your storage site.
The information related to articles and possible customers can be consulted directly in the visual interface by selecting the allocated storage locations.
MCA Storage assures you in the management of the entry, transfer or exit of goods and guarantees the traceability of the goods. The software allows you to print custom barcodes for labelling goods.
Text and layout templates simplify the preparation of your storage and shipping documents.
Customer order management
You associate each customer with one or more goods and a storage location in the software. Customer data is expanded, starting with personal data, followed by contact data, billing data and customer-specific operational details.
With MCA Storage, you have an overview of all customer orders to track the processing of each order. All information relating to a customer (quotes, invoices, history, complaints, etc.) is grouped together in a file to optimise customer management.
Planning
MCA Storage integrates schedule management: you can plan the various operations related to goods (reception, preparation, dispatch, etc.), the schedules of your employees or the maintenance of infrastructures.
You also manage the space and availability of storage locations, with a clear visual of availability.
Stock management
Stock management allows you to control the status and movement of stocks by taking into account batch or serial numbers or other characteristics.
You will manage procurement according to stock levels and requirements, with tracking of supplier orders, deliveries and supplier invoice payments.
Supplier records are updated with each new transaction to provide you with a complete history.
If you have multiple storage locations, MCA Storage allows you to manage your inventory by location.
Invoicing
Order forms and/or logistics services are transformed into invoices at the click of a button, with a professional layout predefined by you.
VAT management is easy because it is integrated into the software and can be configured according to the standards in force.
Unpaid invoices are managed within the software and reminders are as easy to use as the invoices themselves.
Accounting
The accounting is integrated into your management: no need to re-enter all the data for the various balance sheets. MCA Storage integrates all accounts and manages inputs, outputs and expenses.
Employee management
Employees are also integrated into MCA Storage, and salaries and related deductions can be defined.
Hours can be managed in different ways: either with fixed hours, or with a stamper connected to the software, or with manual time insertion.
Holidays, paid leave and justified or unjustified absences are all integrated and can be set up according to your rules.
Report
Management reports allow you to analyse the data collected by the software. You can format them as you wish to remove the elements that interest you.
This will allow you, for example, to evaluate the volume occupied in your storage site by type of location or compare the rate of orders received with the rate of orders dispatched in a given period.
Communication with tenants
You have the possibility to generate automated emails and sms to communicate with your customers or other contacts about your services.
This means you can easily notify your customers of the status of their order.
