Resident management
You handle all the administrative aspects of your residents from pre-admission to the closing of the file.
MCA Care integrates the management of applications for admission to your facility with the waiting list for resident admissions.
It is possible to create an online registration form with the software to facilitate the management of registration requests. Completed and submitted forms are collected by the software to be processed by the responsible staff.
MCA Care allows you to have an overview of the residents in your facility to monitor their stay.
All administrative and care data of a resident is gathered in the resident file (personal data, life project, diet, prescriptions, habits, residence contract, social assistance, invoicing data…), for a quick consultation of the information related to the resident.
With the mobile application, your facility’s staff can access resident information on a tablet or smartphone and enter targeted transmissions and reports directly from a resident’s room.
Planning
MCA Care integrates a schedule management system: you plan the various tasks to be carried out within the establishment (care, cleaning, meals, etc.) and organise staff schedules. You also plan the activities and leisure activities of your establishment by allocating the necessary resources (speakers, room or equipment, etc.) and ensure the follow-up of participations for the organisation and invoicing of activities.
The software allows you to organise a schedule per resident in order to manage and visualise all the care, leisure activities and appointments planned for each resident per day, week or month.
The general agenda displays the various appointments and events (activities, birthdays, etc.) in the school. Automatic reminders can be created in relation to events to ensure that they are not forgotten.
Care management
MCA Care provides medical, paramedical and care services for residents.
You plan the care in your facility by defining the dates and times, the types of care and the resident(s) involved. Care reports can be entered directly into the mobile application.
MCA Care stores all medical, paramedical and care data (medical information, prescriptions, monitoring reports, observations, etc.) in a secure manner to ensure traceability. The software enables the tracking of medicines from prescription to dispensing.
Hotel management
MCA Care supports the management of the kitchen and dining areas within your establishment. In particular, it allows you to draw up dining room seating plans specifying which residents eat in their rooms and to organise menus taking into account the preparation of meals specific to residents’ diets.
Invoicing
MCA Care meets current regulatory requirements for medical and social care establishments.
Invoices are defined for the period of stay and are generated automatically according to the parameters you set. Invoices can be revised prior to release if necessary.
Several customers can be supported on the same invoice.
VAT management is easy because it is integrated into the software and can be configured according to the standards in force.
The professionally formatted invoices are generated using a pre-configured document template.
Unpaid invoices are managed within the software and reminders are as easy to use as the invoices themselves.
Stock management
You create a product sheet for each of your pharmaceutical or food items by inserting various product data such as name, description, product category, batch or shelf life/consumption by default.
Stock management allows you to control your stock levels as well as receipts and issues taking into account different characterisations.
You manage your supplier purchases by integrating the various parameters set (quantities, rates applied, transport and restocking times, etc.).
The software supports the monitoring of the use-by dates (UBD) of your perishable products in stock. It automatically determines the UBD of new items arriving in stock based on the UBD defined by default for a product.
Alerts can be created to notify you when a batch of product is about to expire.
Accounting
The accounting is integrated into your management: no need to re-enter all the data for the various balance sheets. MCA Care integrates all accounts and manages inputs, outputs and expenses.
Employee management
Employees are also integrated into MCA Care, and salaries and related deductions can be defined.
Hours can be managed in different ways: either with fixed hours, with a stamper connected to the software or with manual time entry.
Holidays, paid leave and justified or unjustified absences are all integrated and can be set up according to your rules.
Report and analysis
Management reports allow you to analyse the data collected by the software. You can format them as you wish to remove the elements that interest you.
For example, you will be able to assess the average length of stay of residents in your facility and compare entry rates with exit rates.
Communication with contacts
You can generate automated emails and text messages to communicate with staff members, residents’ families or other contacts.
This allows you, for example, to easily pass on new information to the staff concerned (new arrival of a resident, change of room of a resident, death of a resident…).
