Simplified municipal management

Management of citizens and companies

MCA Town allows you to establish a database of the various inhabitants, businesses, shops and establishments as well as places, buildings and land located in the territory of your municipality.

You manage all the data and events relating to the inhabitants of your municipality within the software for the control of the inhabitant. It facilitates, among other things, the monitoring of changes in the population (arrival, departure, removal, etc.), applications for residence permits or naturalisation, as well as the management of all documentation such as identity documents, certificates of residence or certificates of origin.

You also manage all the data relating to companies, businesses or public establishments in your municipality, in particular for the administration of the municipal register and operating permits.

MCA Town integrates the various registers of the municipality and the address book.

Online portal

The portal linked to your site enables citizens not only to access all types of forms but also to consult various documents that you wish to make available, their old invoices for example.

The creation of all types of online forms simplifies exchanges between the municipality and citizens or businesses. For example, you can create a registration form for companies or an application form for public transportation cards for residents, which can be accessed by those concerned via a portal linked to your website or downloaded in pdf format.

Data from the online forms will be retrieved by the software for processing by the relevant staff.

Assembly management

MCA Town integrates planning management: you can plan the various meetings of your municipality by defining the place, date and time of the meeting, the subjects to be dealt with, the people to be convened, etc.

The software assists you in sending out invitations (SMS or automated e-mails), checking attendance, taking minutes and other tasks related to each meeting. A folder is created in the software for the session in question in order to attach the various documents (minutes, report, etc.).

The diary allows you to view the different events scheduled by day, week or month.

Lease management

MCA Town manages the rental of your various rooms, vehicles, equipment or any other objects for hire.

The Booking module, an online reservation system, simplifies the management of rentals. People wishing to rent a room, for example, can do so directly from your website, by selecting the object to be rented and the desired dates and times. A booking calendar shows the availability of rental items by date.

Booking-related messages, such as a confirmation message or a booking reminder, can be sent automatically to the tenant via SMS or e-mail.

Bookings are compiled in a calendar (synchronisation with Google calendars, Outlook, etc.) for a real-time overview of all bookings and information about them.

Rental payments can be managed through an online payment system or an automatic billing system.

Tax management

MCA Town facilitates the management of municipal taxes, fees and charges through automated input and calculation processes and the rapid creation of legally compliant documents in a professional format.

Accounting

The accounting is integrated into your management: no need to re-enter all the data for the various balance sheets. MCA Town integrates all accounts and manages inputs, outputs and expenses.

Invoicing

You can easily create recurring invoices (water, gas, etc.) or one-off invoices (taxes, permit applications, etc.) for your constituents within the software.

For your rentals, invoices are defined for the rental period and are generated automatically according to the parameters you set, depending on the object rented, the rental period and any annual services.

VAT management is easy because it is integrated into the software and can be configured according to the standards in force.

The professionally formatted invoices are generated using a pre-configured document template.

Unpaid invoices are managed within the software and reminders are as easy to use as the invoices themselves.

Grant management

MCA Town also allows you to manage grants and financial support. Citizens wishing to receive a grant can apply via an online form, available in the portal accessible via your website. They provide a description of their application and the relevant documents in an annex.

The CRM module tracks files, grant applications, and compiles the various information and their history.

Communication with citizens

You have the possibility to generate automated e-mails and sms to communicate with your citizens or other relations.

This allows you, for example, to easily share news from your community or announcements about health measures in force. You can also send reminders related to an invoice, an appointment or an event.

Employee management

Employees are also integrated into MCA Town, and salaries and related deductions can be defined.

Hours can be managed in different ways: either with fixed hours, with a stamper connected to the software or with manual time entry.

Holidays, paid leave and justified or unjustified absences are all integrated and can be set up according to your rules.

Report and analysis

Management reports allow you to analyse the data collected by the software. You can format them as you wish to remove the elements that interest you.

For example, you can assess which communal rental properties are most in demand or examine your commune’s finances from different angles.
