MCA Stock Management

Stock management allows monitoring and controlling the movement of goods within the company, while ensuring complete traceability and reliable accounting valuation. It considers the following two types of quantities:

A) Quantity without accounting valuation: Movements are recorded via inventory accounting entries.
B) Quantity with accounting valuation: Movements are synchronized with floating stock, allowing simultaneous real-time management of physical and accounting stock.

Key functionalities:
• Stock management by location: tracking items by depot, warehouse, or storage area
• Stock entries and exits: automatic or manual recording of goods movements
• Manual daily entries/exits: occasional input for adjustments or corrections
• Stock statistics: analysis of movements, turnover, and available levels
• Inventory: performing physical inventories with discrepancy tracking
• Storage locations / depot plan: visualization and management of different storage areas
