Case management

You can efficiently track the progress of each file in progress within your firm, with a complete overview of all documentation, address books, schedules and related customer exchanges, as well as financial data.

Predefined text and layout templates simplify the creation of your various documents (legal documents, letters, invoices, contracts, ….).

Certain documents or information relevant to a case may be made available to clients or other stakeholders through a private account.

Invoicing

MCA Lawyer gives access to time-sheets for the follow-up of working hours: you enter the time spent on each file (drafting of a legal document, hearing, appointment, call, …) directly in your time-sheet.

You generate your invoices by time spent or on a fixed price basis, adding costs and disbursements. Your fee agreements can be integrated into the billing system with the fees applicable to your clients and cases. It is possible to invoice a client on several cases or several clients in the same case.

The management of unpaid bills is done within the software itself, with automatic alerts and reminders.

Accounting

The accounting is integrated into your management: no need to re-enter all the data for the various balance sheets. MCA Lawyer integrates all accounts and manages inputs, outputs and expenses.

VAT management is easy because it is integrated into the software and can be configured according to the standards in force.
