Tracking of tasks and interactions with tenants, with contact management and history. Also includes the option of associating berths and boats with your customers, with a preview of the owner’s name and the boat’s technical information available from the photo or plans of your harbor. Templates for contracts, invoices or correspondence with your contacts, linked directly to the files with the possibility of including annexes.

Visual management of your port
Place management
You generate all the berths in your marina: rental berths, visitor berths, winter berths, private parking spaces and others.
You associate each customer with a berth and a boat. Customer data is expanded, starting with personal data, then contact and billing data. The boat data is also expanded, with type, make, model and registration.
MCA Marina provides you with a graphical interface, map or satellite image, which allows you to have a global view of your port. This way you can easily and efficiently manage the berths in your marina in real time.
Information about customers and their boats can be viewed directly in the visual interface by selecting the berths.

Planning
MCA Marina features schedule and planning management: you plan the schedules of your employees or the maintenance of port infrastructures. For example, you can schedule revisions and maintenance work around peak periods.
You also manage the spaces and the availability of berths in your harbour for boaters, with a clear visual of the availability.
Employee management
Employees are also integrated into MCA Marina, and salaries and related deductions can be defined.
Hours can be managed in different ways: either with fixed hours, with a stamper connected to the software or with manual time entry.
Holidays, paid leave and justified or unjustified absences are all integrated and can be set up according to your rules.
Invoicing
Invoices are defined for the rental period and are generated automatically according to the parameters you set, depending on the type of place or the size of the boat.
VAT management is easy because it is integrated into the software and can be configured according to the standards in force. Other taxes or discounts may be added, such as tourist tax or a discount for regular visitors.
The professionally formatted invoices are generated using a pre-configured document template.
Unpaid invoices are managed within the software and reminders are as easy to use as the invoices themselves.

Communication with tenants
You can generate automated e-mails and SMS messages to communicate with your boaters about your services.
You’ll be able to easily inform them of useful news: changes to port regulations, new facilities available, storm warnings.
Report and analysis
Management reports allow you to analyse the data collected by the software. You can format them as you wish to remove the elements that interest you.
