MCA Tickets, online ticketing software, allows you to integrate an online ticketing service for all kinds of events, whether it be theatre shows, circus shows, cinema screenings, sports matches or even concerts.

A visual management of available places allowing your customers to select the place of their choice among the available places when buying a ticket and you to check at any time the availability of the places in your theatre, cinema, stadium or other establishment.

Ticketing system

How does it work?

  1. The customer who wants to buy a ticket for one of your events goes to the website of your establishment.
  2. From the site, they access a login page managed by MCA Concept where they have to create an account by providing name, first name and e-mail.
  3. A validation e-mail is sent to the address provided. Once the e-mail has been validated, the customer defines a password for their account.
  4. Once the account has been created, the customer can access the calendar of events organised by your establishment in order to choose the event they wish to attend and the session if several sessions are scheduled.
  5. A layout of the event (numbered seats, areas such as the pit, bleachers, etc.) is then displayed, showing which seats are already reserved and which are still available. The customer then chooses the place they want on the map and the corresponding rate (adult, child, student, AVS/AI…), then adds it to their shopping cart.
  6. The customer accesses their basket to proceed to the payment of the ticket via the usual payment methods (credit card, twint, paypal…)
  7. Following payment, a confirmation of purchase is automatically sent by e-mail, together with the ticket with a QR-code.
  8. The customer can choose to :
    – Print the ticket and present the paper ticket at the entrance of the event
    – Download the ticket on their smartphone and present the QR-code at the entrance of the event

Integrated ticketing system

Event planning

MCA Tickets is suitable for both outdoor and indoor events. It offers visual space management via a map downloaded directly into the software, which is particularly useful for indoor halls or sports buildings such as football stadiums or ice rinks.

Depending on the type of event (show, match, concert, etc.), you generate the layout of the venue by delimiting the various existing zones (floor, balcony, pit, etc.). In the case of a theatre or cinema for example, you define the available seats including the numbering of the seats.

You can also set the prices according to the criteria of your choice, such as the package (adult, student, child, AVS/AI…) or the type of seat (standing, sitting, pit, grandstand, VIP area…). Tariffs can be associated with the zones delimited in the plan. You can offer both fixed and free prices.

You can check the availability of places directly in the visual interface according to the dates associated with your events. Reservation information can be accessed by selecting the reserved seats.

Purchase of tickets

From your website, the customer accesses a login page where they create a customer account. They can then access the calendar of events to see the different programmes and sessions planned and the places available.

The calendar allows you to display a variety of events with multiple times per event (theatre or cinema programme), multiple events with single dates (sports calendar) or a single event with a single date.

As soon as the purchase of a ticket is validated, the customer receives the ticket by e-mail in PDF format to print at home or to keep on his smartphone. The ticket includes a QR-code that can be scanned at the event.

A confirmation e-mail or SMS is sent automatically following the purchase of the ticket. Automatic reminders by e-mail or SMS can also be programmed as well as all types of messages related to the event (cancellation, move, etc.)

The online ticketing software supports cancellations, refunds and ticket exchanges. It also manages subscriptions or gift vouchers at the time of purchase.

Accounting

The accounting is integrated into your management: no need to re-enter all the data for the various balance sheets. MCA Tickets integrates all accounts and manages inputs, outputs and expenses.

Report and analysis

Management reports allow you to analyse the data collected by the software. You can format them as you wish to remove the elements that interest you.
