MCA Retails is a modern cash register software for managing the sale of products and services. It combines article and service management, stock management, customer management and accounting in a single tool. It is perfectly suited to the retail and catering sector.

The new generation of touchscreen cash register software for retailers allows you to carry out your cash register operations while centralising all your information and optimising your administrative processes thanks to its extensive functionalities.

With an easy to use cash register interface, the MCA Retails cash register is based on a combination of ERP, CRM and CMS to form an integrated management software.

You can view your stock levels and movements, transaction history, supplier order status and any other aspect of your business management within the software.

The software supports different payment methods (cash, card, TWINT). Naturally, fixed and mobile payment terminals can be connected to the cash register, such as a SumUp or SIX terminal, for credit card payments.

Stock management

Stock management is automated to simplify your work. Stocks are updated according to orders. The software notifies you when a product is no longer available or when the stock of an item reaches the minimum quantity set.

The cash register software integrates a complete management of supplier purchases, with order tracking, supplier invoice payments and contact management.

You manage your supplier purchases by integrating the various parameters set (quantities, rates applied, transport and restocking times, etc.). Supplier records are updated with each new transaction to provide you with a complete history.

If your products are stored in different locations, the software allows you to manage your multiple stocks in a single interface. You can control stock levels globally or by site.

Product management

You create and modify your products as you wish from the back office by entering all the necessary information, including the description, selling price and category and other specific characteristics depending on the nature of the article.

All the information about a product is visible on the product sheet, e.g. the available stock, the department where the article is located or the supplier prices.

The cash register software allows you to generate and print your own labels or barcodes for the various products with the hardware provided.

Sales tracking

MCA Retails provides an overview of your business and makes it easy to track your store’s sales.

The sale of an article is carried out by barcode for referenced articles or by keystrokes for free articles.

The cash register software includes table plan management for restaurants, bars and other establishments with table service, as well as mobile or tablet order taking. Orders are entered into the mobile device and then transmitted to the kitchen.

Additions and/or receipts are automatically generated for cash receipts and each transaction is recorded in the software, allowing you to view your sales in detail.

Customer management

You have the possibility to create a customer file including different information (contact details, payment method, custom prices).

The cash register includes the management of personalised pricing, discount prices and loyalty cards.

The customer’s purchase history allows you, for example, to make a personalised offer to the customer according to their preferences.

MCA Retails simplifies accounting processes through single entry and automated calculations. This reduces the amount of handling required.

The daily settlement is made automatically when the cash register is closed. The cash data is directly transferred to the accounting system.

You set up the different VAT rates in the software, which then automatically calculates the amounts with VAT per product according to the set and defined rates

Reports and statistics

The data collected by the cash register software can be analysed via dashboards and statistics. You analyse your sales, stocks, supplier payments, etc.

For example, you can identify the best-selling product by store, by department, or find out the average basket over a given period. You can also examine the purchase history by customer to prepare loyalty campaigns.

Is MCA Retails compatible with previously purchased equipment ?

It is possible to use the cash register software on hardware you already own, provided you have a PC and a touch screen.

However, to be sure that your equipment is compatible, it is preferable that you provide us with the technical data of the equipment when you place your order.
