Storage space management

MCA Storage allows you to manage one or more storage sites (shed, warehouse or more complex structure) for the storage of goods, whether it is storage space for a shop or temporary storage space for freight services.

Generate all storage locations, as well as storage, picking and transit zones for your warehouse. You detail for each storage location its name, characteristics and associated storage parameters.

You associate each item with a storage location. The item data is expanded with the description, item type, associated prices and other characteristics such as weight or serial number.

MCA Storage provides you with a graphical interface, plan or image, which allows you to have a global view of your warehouse, by floor and department. This allows you to quickly assign goods to an available storage location or precisely define general picking routes based on the mapping of your storage site.

MCA Storage assures you in the management of the entry, transfer or exit of goods and guarantees the traceability of the goods. The software allows you to print custom barcodes for labelling goods.

Customer order management

You associate each customer with one or more goods and a storage location in the software. Customer data is expanded, starting with personal data, followed by contact data, billing data and customer-specific operational details.

With MCA Storage, you have an overview of all customer orders to track the processing of each order. All information relating to a customer (quotes, invoices, history, complaints, etc.) is grouped together in a file to optimise customer management.

Stock management

Stock management lets you control the status and movement of stock, taking into account batch or serial numbers and other characteristics.

You will manage procurement according to stock levels and requirements, with tracking of supplier orders, deliveries and supplier invoice payments.

If you have multiple storage locations, MCA Storage allows you to manage your inventory by location.

Invoicing
