Access
MCA Retails is accessible via computer, tablet or smartphone / customer portal.
Cloud
MCA Retails is centralised on a cloud, allowing you to securely access your data from any location and from any device. No installation is required. The data is hosted on Swiss servers, under Swiss law.

Features
Article management
You can create and modify your products as you wish by entering all the necessary information, including the description, selling price and category, or the author and year of publication if it is a book.
All the information about a product is visible on the product file, e.g. the stock status, the department where the article is located or the supplier prices.
The cash register software allows you to generate and print your own labels or barcodes for the various products with the hardware provided.
Sales / tables management
MCA Retails provides an overview of your business and makes it easy to track sales or loans for your business, whether it’s a grocery shop, clothing shop, library, refreshment center, etc., as well as table tracking if you run a restaurant, bar, tea room, or other table service establishment.
The sale or loan of an item is carried out by barcode for referenced items or by keystrokes for free items.
For establishments with table service, your staff enter orders at the table from a smartphone or tablet connected to the cash register software.
Receipts and/or receipts are automatically generated for cash receipts and each transaction is recorded in the software, allowing you to view your sales/loans in detail.
Customer management
You have the possibility to create a customer file by including different information (contact details, payment method, personalised pricing).
The history of the customer’s purchases or books borrowed allows you to make personalised offers to the customer according to their preferences.
Discount management
The cash register includes the management of personalised pricing, discounts, loyalty cards or libraries.
Stock management
You manage your supplier purchases by integrating the various parameters set (quantities, rates applied, transport and restocking times, etc.).
You will manage procurement by monitoring stock levels and material requirements, tracking supplier orders, deliveries and supplier invoice payments.
Supplier records are updated with each new transaction to provide you with a complete history.
If you have several storage sites, you can control the storage of your stocks and easily locate the items you need among your different sites.
Accounting
The accounting is integrated into your management: no need to re-enter all the data for the various balance sheets. MCA Retails integrates all accounts and manages inputs, outputs and expenses, with daily and VAT settlements.
Reports and statistics
Management and statistical reports allow you to analyse the data collected by the software. You can format them as you wish to remove the elements that interest you.
This will allow you to evaluate your loans or sales and identify the most popular item.
