Those eligible for guest access include :
– customers (access to the history of invoices and orders and the status of current orders, reservations, after-sales questionnaires, a space to send requests for assistance),
– suppliers (access to delivery times),
– service providers (access to contracts and other documents concerning them),
– prospects (access to quotes and offers),
– employees (access to working hours, days off, holidays, etc.).
Guests can view their information from your site via a private account, which requires a login and password. This way, your contacts can get the answers they need without needing to call or send an e-mail.
Various resources can also be made available via guest access, for example FAQs. In this way, a customer who would like to solve a problem they are facing can first try to find a solution by themselves by consulting your FAQ in their client space. This saves them from having to contact someone in the company and spares them time . On your side, this allows you to avoid an overload of support requests.
The guest access also offers a space where all kinds of requests can be made depending on your activity, for example:
– For installation and maintenance services, customers can access forms in the client space that they can fill in to make service requests. They enter the information corresponding to their needs, add files or photos if necessary and then validate the form so that the request can be sent.
– In the case of NGOs, guest access also allows external persons to apply for a project grant. They submit a description of their project and any relevant documents as an annex in the space provided. Once their application is complete, they send in their submission which can then be reviewed.
