MCA Association, a management software adapted to the needs of associations, gives the possibility to control of financial flows intended for the realisation of projects and events.
A tool with schedule management for the organisation of projects and events with participation tracking and volunteer scheduling, simplified by the creation of online registration forms and personalised email invitations.

Simplified administrative management
Member management
MCA Association takes care of the management of all the members of your organisation (members, donors, volunteers…). Members’ files contain all relevant information (contact details, membership and donation history, e-mail exchanges, etc.).
You simplify the membership process by creating online membership or pre-registration forms. The information from the forms is retrieved by the software to populate your database.
You can also create online volunteer application forms to simplify the recruitment of new volunteers.
Management of donations and grants
You control the financial flows intented for your social and humanitarian projects or campaigns. MCA Association allows you to check the amount of donations and grants received and to allocate the necessary financial share to each project or campaign.
You automate the sending of tax receipts and thank-you letters. Donors can also access tax receipts or other useful documents online via a private account.
The CRM module ensures the follow-up of the files, and compiles the various information and their history.
Donation requests
You draw up donation requests for your various campaigns, with a professional layout thanks to a pre-configured standard document.
Membership fees
You invoice members’ contributions by generating professionally formatted invoices using a pre-configured document template.
Membership fees can be charged in the form of subscriptions (annual, monthly, half-yearly, …). Recurring invoices are managed automatically by the software.
The management of unpaid bills is done within the software itself, with automatic alerts and reminders.
Communication with members and the public
Automated emails and SMS messages allow you to communicate all relevant information to your foundation members.
You can promote your events and use the mailing module to create and launch awareness campaigns, donations or newsletters, integrating texts, images and more as you wish.
Planning / Events
MCA Association includes schedule management: you plan and organise your events, projects and actions and assign volunteers to different tasks and events according to their availability. Reminders notify you when various deadlines associated with an event or project are approaching.
Whether it’s a concert, a workshop, a tournament or a general meeting, you can invite members or other contacts to your events via personalised invitation e-mails and create online registration forms, integrating online payment solutions for ticket sales or other purposes.
A registration confirmation message and event-related reminders can be sent automatically to registrants by e-mail or SMS.
You can also create registration forms for your volunteers to simplify the organisation of schedules.
Accounting
The accounting is integrated into your management: no need to re-enter all the data for the various balance sheets. MCA Association integrates all accounts and manages inputs, outputs and expenses.
In one click, you generate a certificate of donations and payments made during the calendar year.
Report and analysis
Management reports allow you to analyse the data collected by the software. You can format them as you wish to remove the elements that interest you.
You will be able to analyse your activity by comparing the participation rates of your last events or by measuring the performance of your mailing campaigns.
